• Heels and Feels will make the delivery of your order within 3 weeks. To be specific, 21 working days excluding holidays.
• If there will be any delay in delivery of the product from our side, you will hear from us. This can happen due to any unavoidable circumstance.
• Heels and Feels request you to corporate with delays in delivery appearing from complexities associated with international shipment.
• There are no delivery charges for UK, USA, Australia, and a few other countries. We recommend checking our delivery rates for your country before ordering.
• We have made the process of delivery transparent. You can keep a track of your shipment status through our website.

Taxes

Our products don’t include taxes and duties imposed by your country. As a receiver, you are liable to pay any import duty levied by the country you are shipping to. If taxes are applied, payment is necessary to release your order from customs after they contact you.

Good news for residents of the States. Orders to the USA of under $800 are not liable to tax or duty!
